Christmas Light Installation in Nashville

The process starts with a visit to your property. A member of the Mid TN Staining team walks the exterior with you, takes note of rooflines, trees, pathways, and any architectural details worth highlighting, and then puts together a lighting plan built around your specific layout. You are not choosing from a catalog. The design is shaped around what your property actually looks like.

On installation day, the crew handles the climbing, stapling, wiring, and testing. Lights are fastened properly so they stay put through wind and rain. Before the team leaves, every strand is tested and any dark spots are fixed on the spot. For residential customers, that means you come home to a finished display, not a half-done job you need to troubleshoot yourself.

For seasonal setups, takedown is part of the service. After the holidays, the team returns to remove everything carefully. Lights are taken down without damage to your gutters, shingles, or siding. If you opted for permanent lights, those stay in place and can be switched on or dimmed for any occasion throughout the year, not just December. That flexibility is what makes permanent lighting a practical investment for homeowners who want to use outdoor lighting for gatherings, birthdays, or general curb appeal year-round.

Commercial clients get the same hands-on approach. Storefronts, office buildings, and outdoor spaces each have their own layout challenges, and the team accounts for that in the planning stage. A well-lit exterior draws attention after dark and signals that a business is active and welcoming. Mid TN Staining works around your business hours to minimize disruption, and the result is a display that reflects your brand rather than a generic string of lights thrown up in an afternoon.
